Deliver on-the-job practical training to individuals and small groups.
This programme is for managers, department heads, supervisors, team leaders and trainers who are responsible for on-the-job practical skills training. On-job training is really beneficial as you can learn while you work.
This programme will help you to:
- plan training that accommodates different learning styles
- ensure your trainee is interested and motivated
- identify task processes and set acceptable standards for each step
- use questions to confirm understanding
- make training more effective
This on-job training programme is informal and highly participative with active discussion, exchange of ideas, exercises, and group work and practice sessions. There is homework to complete on days 1&2. On days 2 & 3 delegates are formally assessed delivering on-job training sessions on days 2 & 3.
